GROUNDD xpress Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Resident Coffee Roasters (Weir Good Pty Ltd) (ABN: 30 681 749 468). Contact: hello@residentcoffee.com.au. Website: https://residentcoffee.com.au/groundd-giveaway.

2. Competition Period
The competition commences at 12:00am AWST on 21 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AWST on 30 November 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of WA who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible entrants must complete the following during the Competition Period: subscribing to the Promoter's email list via the designated sign-up form. Entrants are permitted one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Competition Period. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or do not comply with these terms will be deemed invalid.

5. The Prize
The prize is:

• 1 x GROUNDD xpress 
• 1 x 1kg Resident Coffee Beans (winner's choice)

Total approximate retail value: AUD $150.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random on 3 December 2026. The selection will be conducted by the Promoter using a random selection method. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within 5 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The winner's name may be published as required by applicable state regulations.

8. Privacy
By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this competition. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or for the purpose of administering this competition.

9. Publicity
By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of accepting or using the prize, or participating in this competition, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. The social media platform Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the social media platform. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the social media platform. Any questions or complaints regarding this competition should be directed to the Promoter, not the social media platform.

12. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this competition at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable state and territory legislation. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Note: Competitions with prizes valued over certain thresholds may require permits or registration in some Australian states and territories. The Promoter is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable trade promotion legislation.
